In anticipation of the party of the year, eighteen local businesses took on the task of decorating a life sized wooden flapper cut outs in a creative challenge. Tickets to the Hoboken Museum's Swingin’ Speakeasy Gala on March 22 were awarded to the designers of the Best Dressed Flapper. The competition was fierce. Everyone from 16 Handles to Symposia Bookstore outdid themselves with innovative styles, but it was Salon 12’s fabulous flapper that stole the show.

Decked in a dashing dress complete with stunning strings of pearls and a shimmering flower headband, this wooden woman stood out as the clear winner. This should come as no surprise to locals.
